The production of a home follows a specific process that typically requires a consistent timeframe. The delivery date depends on the current production queue and can be confirmed when placing your order. In general, the process takes around 3 to 6 months.

Lark homes are meticulously built under controlled factory conditions following a carefully designed process. Each home undergoes a rigorous quality inspection, consisting of over 300 checks. Once the home passes inspection, it is securely prepared for transport. Upon arrival, it is ready for use. The only tasks left are placing the home on a prepared site, levelling it, and connecting utilities. From that point on, the home is fully functional.
